Manager, Logistics Business Insights (AI & Automation)

Location: Alpharetta, Georgia, USA; hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. Travel of up to 10% is required. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $91,200–$210,000 annually, depending on U.S. labor-cost zone and location. The role is also eligible for incentive plans.

What you will do

• Enable proactive logistics decision-making through advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and automated insights.
• Translate complex logistics data into actionable narratives for logistics, customer, and enterprise decisions.
• Lead deployment and adoption of analytics platforms, automation, and AI-enabled tools across logistics operations.
• Partner with Operations, IT, and external vendors to embed digital solutions into daily workflows.
• Build data foundations, governance, reporting ownership, and standards for scalable analytics and automation.
• Track the business value of digital initiatives through logistics strategy KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, analytics, mathematics, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, digital transformation, or process improvement.
• Experience designing or deploying AI, machine learning, and automation applications in logistics.
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Denodo, Azure Databricks, and Copilot 365/Studio tools.
• Technical proficiency in data analytics, Python, SQL, automation, application development, and AI-enabled solutions.
• U.S. work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
