Manufacturing Technician (4pm to 1:30am) (Semiconductor Equipment)

Location: Singapore, SGP; onsite cleanroom work

What you will do

• Build, repair, and test electrical, electro-mechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic assemblies, subassemblies, and components.
• Interpret work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, parts lists, and written or verbal instructions.
• Perform electro-mechanical assembly, troubleshoot faults, identify errors, and complete repairs.
• Use test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps to test equipment.
• Document progress, work expenses, labor details, completed work, repairs, and software installations.
• Audit parts availability, inspect components for defects, and improve manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• Basic analytical skills and the ability to follow standard operating procedures or scientific methods.
• Ability to use hand and power tools, electronic test equipment, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment involving extended standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, lifting, and working in tight spaces.
• Ability to distinguish colors and work in environments with potentially difficult noise levels.
• Ability to operate heavy machinery, including forklifts.
• Ability to work onsite in Singapore and use required cleanroom personal protective equipment.
