Solution Architect Manager (GenAI): Designing scalable, secure, and compliant enterprise applications and digital platforms for the China market with an accent on cloud platforms, integration architectures, and AI-enabled solutions. Focus on defining enterprise architecture patterns, evaluating technical trade-offs, governing delivery, and integrating GenAI capabilities such as LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and vector databases.

What you will do
- Lead solution architecture and technical design for enterprise applications and digital platforms in the China market.
- Translate business needs and architecture strategies into scalable, secure, resilient, compliant, and supportable solutions.
- Design cloud platforms, integration architectures, APIs, deployment models, and enterprise software architecture.
- Develop GenAI architecture patterns covering LLMs, RAG, AI agents, vector databases, model serving, and responsible AI controls.
- Conduct architecture reviews, technical assessments, governance activities, and delivery oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
- Partner with business stakeholders, engineering, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, vendors, and implementation partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 7 years of information technology experience, including 3 or more years in solution architecture or a lead technical engineering role.
- Demonstrated experience designing enterprise-scale technology solutions across multiple technology domains.
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
- Experience with cloud-native services, REST APIs, enterprise integration, distributed systems, microservices, containers, Kubernetes, data integration, messaging, IAM, and security-by-design.
- Ability to address China-market data residency, regulatory, compliance, and security requirements.
Nice to have
- Experience in multinational or life sciences organizations within the China market.
- Experience with Architecture Review Boards, architecture governance, TOGAF, or enterprise architecture methodologies.
- AWS, Azure, or AI Engineer/Practitioner certification.
- Experience with CRM, ERP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, and enterprise business application ecosystems.
