Technical Solutions Executive (Construction Cloud)

Location: Remote, based in Hong Kong, with coverage of the GCR region including Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. Travel is expected. The requisition is for future consideration and is not currently open.

What you will do

• Conduct deep technical discovery with account teams and customers to identify business goals and workflow requirements.
• Design customer-focused solutions for the construction cloud portfolio and demonstrate measurable business value.
• Manage technical evaluations, define solution architectures, facilitate product demonstrations, and coordinate third-party engagements.
• Build trusted-advisor relationships, support customer handoffs to adoption and deployment teams, and communicate product roadmaps and feedback.
• Collaborate with sales, deployment, adoption, product, marketing, and customer success teams on implementations, launches, webinars, and go-to-market messaging.
• Share technical and competitive expertise through internal enablement, strategic events, conferences, and hirify.global programs.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in the construction industry.
• Experience with SaaS technology and construction project planning or delivery.
• Ability to explain complex workflows and solutions to multiple AEC audiences as a technology subject matter expert.
• Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese is required.
• Willingness to travel while working remotely from Hong Kong and covering the GCR region.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global Platform Services integration.
• Experience with AI-related development or integration.
• Familiarity with Hokkien.
