What you will do

• Deliver personalised fitness coaching and training programmes.
• Conduct fitness consultations and member onboarding through the MOVE programme.
• Build and grow a personal training client base.
• Lead group training sessions, workshops, and member events.
• Support member engagement, retention, and the overall gym experience.
• Develop tailored coaching services and establish strong relationships with members.

Requirements

• Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification.
• CIMSPA Practitioner Membership.
• Public Liability Insurance with £2 million cover or above.
• Strong coaching, communication, people, and customer service skills.
• Ability to generate leads, grow a client base, and build lasting client relationships.
• Self-motivated, professional, proactive, and able to work independently.
