What you will do

• Build and own organic strategy across SEO, Generative Engine Optimization, and Answer Engine Optimization for the product and marketing websites.
• Develop keyword strategies, improve on-page optimization, maintain technical health, and drive Core Web Vitals improvements.
• Position hirify.global for LLM citations and AI answer engines through citation-worthy content, structured data, and entity presence.
• Collaborate with Product, Content, and Engineering teams on SEO best practices and site architecture.
• Conduct competitive analysis and track algorithm shifts, market trends, and emerging search behaviors.
• Monitor and rehirify.global on rankings, organic traffic, AI citation share, and pipeline impact.

Requirements

• Hands-on expertise across SEO, GEO, and AEO.
• Experience auditing websites, conducting technical crawls, and improving technical search performance.
• Ability to create content briefs, refine schema, and optimize structured data.
• Strong data analysis skills with attention to data integrity and detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Content, and Engineering teams.
