TL;DR
Junior GEO Specialist (SEO): Growing Oxylabs’ visibility across generative and agentic search environments with an accent on LLM citations, AI visibility measurement, and machine-readable content architecture. Focus on optimizing content for AI discoverability, monitoring chatbot mentions and sentiment, and improving crawlability, structured data, API accessibility, and page speed.

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; workplace: Hybrid

Gross salary: €2,000–€3,700 per month, depending on skills and competencies

What you will do

  • Help shape and execute GEO/AEO strategies across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Claude, Gemini, and emerging agentic search environments.
  • Increase citation frequency, share of voice, and brand presence in AI-generated responses for proxy, web scraping, and data collection categories.
  • Build and maintain an AI visibility measurement framework covering citation rates, mentions, and sentiment across chatbots.
  • Audit and improve content architecture for AI extractability, entity authority, and agent readiness.
  • Collaborate with SEO, Content, Web, Product, affiliate, influencer, and growth marketing teams.
  • Improve technical foundations such as crawlability, structured data, API accessibility, and page speed for machine discovery.

Requirements

  • At least one year of on-site SEO experience, with interest in or early hands-on exposure to GEO and AI search.
  • Solid understanding of how large language models work.
  • Experience optimizing content for AEO.
  • Strong content skills, including briefing, editing, and quality control through an AI-discoverability lens.
  • Comfort using Google Search Console, Ahrefs or Semrush, Screaming Frog, and GEO monitoring tools.

Nice to have

  • Background in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience with technical SEO.
  • Familiarity with agentic AI workflows and how agents consume and act on web content.
