BigLaw Attorney — Legal AI

Location: Remote; U.S. legal experience and an active U.S. law license required

What you will do

• Conduct legal analysis across a range of U.S. law topics.
• Perform in-depth legal research and provide accurate, well-supported insights.
• Draft, review, and edit legal documents, memoranda, opinions, and contracts.
• Evaluate legal content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
• Provide structured feedback to improve legal AI outputs.
• Perform quality assurance and identify errors or ambiguities while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• Current or prior experience at one or more Vault Law 100 firms.
• Active U.S. law license.
• Strong academic and professional credentials.
• Proven experience in legal analysis, research, and drafting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience reviewing and evaluating legal content, with strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
