Senior Product Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Own and improve core experiences across the ELSA B2B Dashboard from problem definition through production.
• Build full-stack features using Go and Python on the backend and Vue on the frontend.
• Develop reliable APIs, business logic, and user-facing dashboard experiences.
• Translate business and customer needs into practical product solutions, defining scope and evaluating trade-offs.
• Take ownership of information architecture, interaction patterns, usability, and visual consistency.
• Collaborate with product, business, design, and engineering stakeholders to turn ambiguous requirements into shipped features.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience as a Product Engineer, Full-stack Engineer, or equivalent, with strong end-to-end product ownership.
• Strong backend engineering experience with Go and/or Python.
• Strong frontend engineering experience with Vue or a comparable modern frontend framework, including the ability to work in an existing Vue codebase.
• Strong product and UI/UX judgment, with the ability to build intuitive and polished user experiences.
• Hands-on, fluent use of AI development tools in day-to-day engineering work.
• Ability to work independently and deliver meaningful improvements within a 3-month contract period.
