Recruitment Admin Intern (HR): Supporting personnel administration and the recruitment cycle in a hybrid HR environment with an accent on document management, candidate communication, and confidential information handling. Focus on maintaining personnel files, coordinating requests, supporting interview and hiring activities, and developing practical recruitment expertise.
Location: Bucharest, Romania; hybrid work with 2 days per week in the office

What you will do
- Support the full recruitment cycle, including attracting, selecting, interviewing, negotiating, and extending offers.
- Ensure accurate writing and storage of personnel files, contracts, addendums, decisions, and certificates.
- Support recruitment colleagues with daily administrative tasks and requests.
- Interact with colleagues by email, Microsoft Teams, and in the office.
- Follow applicable standards and policies when handling personnel information.
Requirements
- Student living in Bucharest or a recent university graduate interested in HR.
- Fluent English in spoken and written communication.
- Very good planning, organization, and attention to detail.
- Initiative, creative problem-solving, perseverance, and time-management skills.
- Discretion when handling confidential information.
