Defence and Space is expanding its operations in Romania through the RISE initiative and is building a growing local hub.
What you will do
- Partner with local leadership and hiring managers to assess talent needs, define job profiles, and align recruitment with business growth.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical, operational, and strategic roles during the Romanian expansion.
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies using direct sourcing, social media, digital recruitment channels, and AI tools.
- Screen applications, conduct interviews, apply assessment methods, and support selection decisions.
- Collaborate with Group HR functions and international communities of practice while aligning recruitment with global standards and Romanian labor law.
- Represent the employer brand at university fairs and industry events.
Requirements
- Approximately 3–6 or more years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Experience with high-volume recruiting, ramp-up projects, or organizational growth initiatives.
- Advanced direct sourcing, ATS management, digital recruitment, and talent market mapping skills.
- Knowledge of Romanian employment practices and hiring regulations.
- Degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, law, or a related field.
- Fluent English at C1/C2 level and Romanian are mandatory.
