Senior UI/UX Designer

Location: Armenia, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Poland, Romania, Serbia, or Ukraine. The role requires substantial daily overlap with US Eastern working hours.

What you will do

• Support production design work for content delivery and asset management tools.
• Create end-to-end product design deliverables, including research input, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI.
• Design dense, data-heavy interfaces with tables, filters, bulk actions, status and state handling, mapping, configuration UIs, and admin tooling.
• Collaborate with product and engineering on problems involving data models and user interface design.
• Review and redesign legacy systems, helping determine what to keep, merge, or remove.
• Contribute improvements to the existing design system, present work in reviews, and gradually own individual content workstreams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience.
• Experience designing complex B2B products or internal tools.
• Experience with end-to-end product design, including research input, flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and stakeholder follow-through.
• Experience designing dense, data-heavy interfaces and working with tables, filters, bulk actions, status handling, mapping, configuration UIs, and back-office tooling.
• Strong Figma skills and experience working within and contributing to an existing design system.
• Ability to work with substantial daily overlap with US Eastern hours.

Nice to have

• Experience with content distribution, collections workflows, content delivery, or asset management products.
• Ability to present design work clearly, incorporate feedback, and communicate proactively.
• Experience working independently as an embedded consultant.
