Production Technician (Kiefel)

Location: Alliston, Ontario, Canada; onsite weekend day shift, Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 to 23:00

Salary: CAD 32.55 per hour, with a possible shift premium for eligible hours.

What you will do

• Operate Kiefel, SAPA, grinder, and blender equipment safely.
• Troubleshoot, set up, adjust, and perform complete changeovers on production equipment.
• Conduct QA inspections, visually inspect filled bag assemblies, and complete GDP-compliant documentation.
• Transport raw materials and finished products using safe lifting practices.
• Identify and implement minor equipment and process improvements.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance and participate in TPM teams and improvement activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience; proof will be requested.
• Manufacturing and quality experience in a GMP environment.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments and performing repetitive tasks.
• Strong technical, problem-solving, mathematical, and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to understand hirify.global specifications and SOPs and determine appropriate corrective actions.
• Ability to work overtime as required, with reliable attendance and a proactive, self-motivated approach.
