What you will do

• Develop and execute the talent strategy supporting growth, transformation, and future capability.
• Lead Talent Acquisition across experienced hires, retail recruitment, and contingent workforce.
• Lead and develop a team of recruitment professionals while building a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
• Elevate the employer brand and improve hiring experiences through technology, automation, analytics, and AI.
• Partner with executive leaders on workforce challenges, talent intelligence, and strategic decision-making.
• Advance diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging through attraction strategies and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• Strong experience leading enterprise Talent Acquisition functions.
• Strategic vision combined with the ability to execute and solve complex talent challenges.
• Experience inspiring and developing high-performing teams.
• Ability to build trusted partnerships across diverse stakeholder groups.
