Location: Melbourne, Australia; hybrid setup with office attendance 3 days per week. Work hours: APAC 1st Shift, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM.

What you will do

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define position requirements and provide market data.
• Develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies with internal stakeholders.
• Evaluate candidates, present qualified slates, and build talent pipelines.
• Maintain timely communication and candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process.
• Partner with hiring leaders on offer details using compensation guidelines and market insights.

Requirements

• Recruiting experience with demonstrated success in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and social media recruitment tools.
• Knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and talent acquisition metrics.
• High school diploma.
• English required.
• Availability for a hybrid schedule in Melbourne, with office attendance 3 days per week.
