Agent Deployment Architect (AI)

Location: United States-based, remote, with regular travel of approximately 25–40% to customer sites for on-site implementation, training, and go-live support.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end deployment planning and execution for provider customers, including timelines, scope, risk management, and go-live delivery.
• Partner with clinical, operational, IT, and executive stakeholders to understand workflows, requirements, constraints, and strategic goals.
• Translate implementation requirements into scalable solution designs across provider types, EHR systems, and care delivery models.
• Coordinate deployment, product, engineering, and go-to-market teams while resolving blockers and maintaining execution momentum.
• Identify deployment risks and develop repeatable playbooks, best practices, and operating models.
• Support rollout and adoption through change management, training, and trusted customer advisory.

Requirements

• Experience in deployment, implementation, solutions architecture, technical consulting, or a related customer-facing role with enterprise or healthcare customers.
• Strong understanding of provider healthcare workflows, operations, and systems, with direct experience in health systems or provider environments.
• Ability to manage complex engagements involving clinical, operational, IT, and executive stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, including translating between business and technical audiences.
• Track record of cross-functional execution, ownership, and delivering results in ambiguous environments.
• BA/BS degree required; the role is United States-based and requires regular travel to customer sites.

Nice to have

• Experience with hospitals, health systems, provider groups, or adjacent provider organizations.
• Experience with EHR integration, clinical workflow mapping, change management, and healthcare regulatory requirements.
• Experience designing repeatable deployment processes across multiple customer environments.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, state regulations, quality reporting, and clinical governance.
• Experience deploying AI, digital health, or clinical decision support tools in healthcare.
