Client Experience Associate (Banking)

What you will do

• Deliver customer service and process a variety of customer and banking interactions.
• Educate customers on financial transaction options, products, technology, tools, and resources.
• Identify customer needs and refer appropriate banking opportunities to branch staff.
• Engage customers in the lobby and support proactive service-to-sales conversations.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems and improve loyalty.
• Complete teller and branch operations accurately while following policies and risk controls.

Requirements

• Typically less than one year of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• High school diploma or GED may be sufficient; no university degree is required.
• Knowledge of banking products, branch banking, customer service, and customer experience.
• Strong communication, accuracy, attention to detail, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs, manage risk, and detect and prevent fraud.
• Must work in the Phoenix, Arizona office; employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not provided.
