2027 Internship Program (Digital Transformation)

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates; onsite five days a week

What you will do

• Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital transformation projects.
• Assist with deployment and adoption of dealer-facing digital products and applications.
• Support validation, testing, and business process reviews for digital solutions.
• Analyze business and operational data to identify process improvement and customer experience opportunities.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, project documentation, and executive presentations.
• Collaborate with regional teams, dealers, business partners, and stakeholders while tracking milestones, risks, action items, and communications.

Requirements

• Recent graduate with a completed bachelor's degree and up to two years of professional experience.
• Degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, information systems, business administration, project management, or a related field.
• Available for a full-time, 12-month internship beginning February 1, 2027.
• Must be willing and able to travel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong English communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.

Nice to have

• Exposure to project management methodologies and tools.
• Familiarity with SQL and data flows.
• Knowledge of business intelligence, reporting, or analytics tools.
• Interest or experience in digital applications, emerging technologies, software solutions, or business transformation.
• Project management certification exposure or coursework.
