Epic Analyst II (ASAP Certification Required)

Location: United States; assigned on-site support is required during go-lives and system upgrades

Salary: $84,577.92–$134,732.85 annually

What you will do

• Analyze clinical workflows, data collection, reporting details, and technical issues in Epic applications.
• Design, build, test, install, maintain, and document Epic-based solutions and internal procedures.
• Review releases, enhancements, workflow changes, test scripts, and quality assurance processes.
• Collaborate with Epic, application leaders, project teams, clinical representatives, subject matter experts, trainers, and end users.
• Troubleshoot user issues, provide rotating on-call support, and participate in disaster recovery activities.
• Support data conversion analysis, go-lives, system upgrades, meetings, and implementation activities.

Requirements

• Current certification in at least one Epic application is required, including ASAP certification for this role.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent.
• Current license in a healthcare profession such as nursing, respiratory therapy, pharmacy, physical or occupational therapy, speech therapy, or radiologic technology.
• Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, follow-up, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with minimal implementation or support experience preferred.
