What you will do

• Drive manufacturing ramp qualifications for processes and products.
• Specify inspection and testing mechanisms for products and production equipment.
• Conduct quality assessments and audits, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Develop early-detection and containment systems for process and product discrepancies.
• Manage material dispositions and risk assessments for discrepant products or processes.
• Analyze reliability-monitor data and respond to customer manufacturing concerns with engineering solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, another engineering discipline, Physics, or a related STEM field with 3+ years of experience; equivalent master's or PhD pathways are accepted.
• At least three of the listed technical skills, including CMOS and semiconductor processing, device physics, electrical characterization, data extraction and analysis, or Design of Experiments.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Phoenix, Arizona, United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with high-volume manufacturing and advanced silicon technologies.
• Knowledge of manufacturing reliability and quality assurance standards.
• Experience with microprocessor architecture or hands-on IC fabrication.
• Experience with JMP, Crystal Ball, ILM, REL PCS, SQL, or JSL Scripting.
