Senior Analytics Engineering Analyst (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable data models within the silver layer of the medallion architecture.
• Write advanced SQL and develop dbt models, tests, and transformations.
• Contribute to BI modeling and semantic layer development.
• Lead data quality checks, validation, issue resolution, lineage, cataloging, and metadata standards.
• Document models, assumptions, caveats, and logic through READMEs and related documentation.
• Partner with stakeholders, review work, and guide less experienced team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data modeling.
• Strong SQL and dbt experience, including data modeling and transformations.
• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Understanding of BI modeling, semantic layer design, data quality, validation, and governance.
• Experience with cloud data platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake, plus strong problem-solving and stakeholder translation skills.
