Founders Associate - Engagement Innovation

hirify.global operates an app ecosystem focused on creating fun, exciting, and engaging consumer experiences.

What you will do

• Work directly with the founders as a thinking partner on improving engagement across the hirify.global app ecosystem.
• Embed across product teams to identify opportunities without owning roadmaps or product processes.
• Generate ideas ranging from copy and calls to action to rewards, events, and new engagement mechanics.
• Analyze leading consumer apps and translate effective mechanics from games, social, commerce, and education products.
• Turn ideas into actionable one-pagers, mockups, test plans, or other materials that help teams ship quickly.
• Measure experiments and product changes, then scale or stop them based on results.

Requirements

• Exceptional consumer instincts and a strong understanding of why products are fun and engaging.
• High agency, with the ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and drive ideas through launch.
• Experience creating ideas that shipped and measurably improved results.
• Strong data fluency, including the ability to interpret experiment results objectively.
• Clear written and spoken communication for working with founders, engineers, and product teams.
• Fluent English is required, both written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Casual, hyper-casual, or rewarded mobile gaming experience.
• LiveOps experience with events, seasons, progression, economies, or meta design.
• Hands-on A/B testing experience.
• Technical or design literacy sufficient to create mockups independently.
• Familiarity with loyalty, rewards, or mobile advertising mechanics.
