Process Associate I (Biotech Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite at the bioproduction facility in West Lebanon, New Hampshire, United States; Monday–Friday

What you will do

• Support downstream manufacturing operations and liaise between Production Support and Manufacturing.
• Coordinate process and equipment improvements, data trending, process changes, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Review, approve, revise, and create SOPs, batch records, functional test documentation, and other manufacturing records.
• Investigate deviation events using root cause analysis and prepare quality responses.
• Train technicians on manufacturing processes and quality management systems while supporting cGMP-compliant production.
• Provide on-floor and occasional hands-on manufacturing support, participate in inspections, projects, and on-call rotations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, technical systems, and quality systems.
• Ability to investigate problems, perform root cause analysis, write deviation documentation, and recommend solutions.
• Ability to enter sterile cleanroom areas and follow gowning, safety, quality, healthcare, and cGMP requirements.
• Ability to support occasional weekend and non-business-hour on-call coverage; 0–10% overnight travel may be required.
