Sr. DevSecOps Engineer III (Up to 25k Sign-on)

Salary: $210,000–$255,000 per year, plus potential bonuses and additional incentives

What you will do

• Design and implement automated technical solutions across multiple classified environments.
• Build CI/CD pipelines in GitLab CI and Jenkins with integrated security scanning and STIG compliance validation.
• Create CloudFormation-based Infrastructure as Code for highly available and secure AWS environments, including GovCloud, C2S, and TC2S.
• Lead advanced troubleshooting, log analysis, root cause analysis, and mitigation of service degradation.
• Architect secure Docker and OpenShift solutions, remediate Prisma security findings, and guide container orchestration practices.
• Provide security guidance, conduct code reviews, maintain documentation, and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly is required.
• Ability to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States is required.
• IAT Level 2 certification, such as Security+, GSEC, SSCP, or an equivalent certification.
• 10+ years of DevSecOps or related experience across infrastructure automation, scalability, reliability, and classified domains such as IL5 and IL6+.
• Expert experience with CI/CD, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, containerization, AWS, and secure cloud infrastructure.
• Strong experience with Python or Bash, Linux, Infrastructure as Code, STIG/SRG compliance, security frameworks, and vulnerability remediation.

Nice to have

• Experience with Artifactory, SonarQube, Prisma Cloud, Terraform, Ansible, ServiceNow, or GitLab Service Desk.
• Experience supporting Tier 1–3 customers and working with cross-functional teams in a global enterprise.
