DevSecOps Engineer (Cybersecurity)

Location: Worldwide; fully remote, office-based, or hybrid work options are available.

Salary: €2,750–€4,800 gross per month; final compensation depends on experience, location, and professional growth.

What you will do

• Integrate security practices into CI/CD pipelines and development workflows.
• Implement automated security checks, vulnerability scanning, and compliance validation.
• Manage secrets, credentials, and access policies.
• Monitor cloud and infrastructure security configurations, identify risks, and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with development and security teams to ensure secure application delivery.
• Support incident response, root cause analysis, security automation, and documentation of security controls and best practices.

Requirements

• 2.5+ years of experience as a DevSecOps Engineer.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and security tools such as SAST, DAST, SCA, and IaC scanning.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of container security, Docker, and Kubernetes security best practices.
• Experience with secrets management, scripting for automation, and monitoring and logging tools such as ELK, Prometheus, or Grafana.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher; understanding of threat modeling, vulnerability management, and secure coding principles.

Nice to have

• Experience with Zero Trust, IAM, or security governance frameworks.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC 2, or GDPR.
• AWS Security Specialty or CKS certification.
