Client Experience Associate - Denver Northwest

Location: In-office in Louisville, Colorado (80027), supporting multiple branches in the region

Base salary: $37,125–$61,875 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Process customer interactions and educate clients about options for managing financial transactions.
• Identify banking opportunities through meaningful conversations and refer customers to appropriate branch staff.
• Conduct lobby engagement activities and support proactive service-to-sales conversations.
• Use banking products, technology, tools, and procedures to solve customer problems.
• Complete teller and branch operations accurately and efficiently while following established policies.
• Support customer loyalty and growth in share of wallet through differentiated service.

Requirements

• Typically less than one year of related experience or relevant product knowledge; no college degree is required.
• Knowledge of banking products, branch banking, customer service, and customer experience practices.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, effective communication, problem solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Awareness of fraud detection and prevention, risk management, and established banking procedures.
• Spanish speaking ability is preferred.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available for this position.
