Senior Producer (Video Games)

Location: Hybrid/onsite at the studio in Santa Monica, California; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $65.96–$82.45 USD per hour

What you will do

• Manage production and project delivery for the Communications team and studio brand.
• Create workflows, processes, roadmaps, schedules, and review plans for multiple projects and pipelines.
• Track physical and digital products, content timelines, events, assets, revisions, approvals, and quality standards.
• Coordinate internal departments, PlayStation partners, external partners, vendors, and senior stakeholders.
• Prioritize work, allocate resources, identify blockers, and adjust schedules to protect final delivery dates.
• Oversee asset development for marketing, public relations, merchandise, community and social content, streaming, partnerships, and licensing.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in production, account, operations, or project management.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams, stakeholders, approval channels, and high volumes of assets.
• Strong understanding of project management, workflows, production infrastructure, and common production software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leaders or executives.
• Ability to work through ambiguity, shifting priorities, urgent requests, and tight deadlines.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; the role is based in Santa Monica, California.

Nice to have

• Experience in the video game, entertainment, or creative agency industry.
• Experience closing out one or more AA or AAA games.
• Working knowledge of video game production and development.
