Personal Banker (Banking)

Location: Fully onsite in Roseville, California

Salary: $18–$25 per hour, with potential performance-based incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Provide prompt, proactive client service and resolve client inquiries and issues.
• Conduct consumer and business financial reviews to identify needs and recommend suitable products and services.
• Open consumer and business accounts for new and existing clients.
• Build and expand client relationships through referrals, follow-up, and rapport development.
• Support Client Service Specialists and perform teller functions, including cash transactions, when needed.
• Develop familiarity with business, consumer, and trust entities while contributing to branch goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic knowledge of consumer banking and business banking products and services.
• Ability to accurately handle cash, balance accounts and drawers, and perform calculations.
• Ability and desire to develop consumer lending skills.
• Ability to strengthen client relationships and create new business relationships.
• One year of teller or other banking experience is preferred; NMLS licensing is preferred.
