Salary: $71,410–$107,110 per year

What you will do

• Manage assigned plant capital projects through design, project requests, contractor bidding, installation, cost tracking, training, startup assistance, and post-project support.
• Create, revise, and maintain plant drawings using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools.
• Analyze design options, project costs, economic considerations, personnel needs, and environmental impacts.
• Develop and maintain the long-term capital plan and assist with annual maintenance budgeting and capital-material purchasing.
• Work with maintenance supervisors, plant engineering leadership, corporate engineering, plant staff, and production teams.
• Support contractor safety, Process Safety Management, plant safety programs, and maintenance-supervisor duties when requested.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in engineering or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in production processing, maintenance, engineering, or supervision.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks.
• Strong computer skills, including Windows, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to interpret technical, safety, operating, maintenance, and procedural documentation and communicate effectively with employees, customers, auditors, and other groups.
• Ability to work in a plant environment, including walking, climbing stairs and ladders, checking equipment, taking readings, and lifting or moving up to 25 pounds; hearing protection is required in loud plant areas.
