AI Developer (LLM)

What you will do

• Drive AI projects from conception through production-ready systems using large language models.
• Integrate AI technologies with Perforce, Jenkins, Unreal Engine 5, and existing infrastructure while maintaining operational reliability.
• Develop an AI-assisted branch integration platform for resolving merge conflicts.
• Create automated testing and fix-suggestion tools based on crash report analysis.
• Build shared AI infrastructure with evaluation and monitoring tools for other development teams.
• Assess scope, feasibility, risks, model capabilities, and limitations while communicating challenges early.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of software engineering experience.
• Strong Python skills; familiarity with C++ or C# is preferred.
• Production deployment experience with LLM-based systems, including prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks.
• Understanding of Perforce, Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, procedural failure handling, and human review processes.
• Excellent verbal and written English proficiency.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role based in Stockholm, Sweden.

Nice to have

• Video game industry experience and knowledge of Unreal Engine 5 project structures.
• Jenkins pipeline authoring, shared libraries, and model fine-tuning or self-hosting.
• Experience with neural networks for code analysis and natural language processing.
• User interface and user experience design for professional tools.
• Data engineering, workflow adoption, or a passion for game development.
