Mental Health Therapist - 1099 Contractor - Hawaii

Location: Remote, US; providers must be located in the Pahoa/Hawaii area, have office space there, and be authorized to work in the U.S. In-person care delivery is strongly preferred.

What you will do

• Provide culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and/or families.
• Support clients across a broad spectrum of mental health needs, including complex and severe presentations.
• Use evidence-based treatments such as ACT, CBT, CPT, and DBT, along with measurement-based care and skills practice.
• Manage clinical risk and respond to crises as needed.
• Provide care through a private or group practice, with in-person sessions strongly preferred.

Requirements

• Master’s or doctoral degree from a clinical track, such as MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, or PsyD.
• Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license allowing independent practice without supervision.
• No current, past, or pending disciplinary action.
• Experience providing evidence-based treatment and clinical best practices.
• Office space with the ability to see clients in the Hawaii area and authorization to work in the U.S.
