TL;DR

Program Director (Behavioral Health): Leading clinic operations and patient-centered addiction recovery services with an accent on clinical and administrative staff supervision, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. Location: On-site in Glen Allen, Virginia, USA. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–1:00 PM, plus on-call coverage.

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 per year, depending on experience.

Lead day-to-day operations of the clinic.

Requirements
