Client Experience Associate (Retail Banking)

Location: In-office in Thornton, Colorado, supporting multiple branches in the region.

Salary: $37,125–$61,875 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Deliver customer interactions that support financial wellbeing, loyalty, and share of wallet.
• Process banking transactions and educate customers about available financial options, products, and digital tools.
• Identify customer needs and refer appropriate opportunities to branch staff.
• Engage customers in the branch lobby and support proactive service-to-sales conversations.
• Resolve customer problems using product and procedural knowledge while following banking policies.
• Complete teller, branch operations, and maintenance transactions accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• Typically less than one year of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• High school diploma or GED may be sufficient; no university degree is required.
• Knowledge of banking products, branch banking, customer service, and customer experience practices.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, effective communication, problem solving, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to identify customer needs, detect and prevent fraud, manage risk, and follow established procedures.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not provided.
