Seasonal Technician (Audio-Visual)

What you will do

• Set up, operate, monitor, and break down basic audiovisual equipment for events.
• Meet with guests and clients on site to confirm that event needs and equipment setups are being handled properly.
• Troubleshoot equipment and software issues and respond to technical changes during events.
• Coordinate equipment requirements with internal staff and external vendors.
• Complete equipment records, order entries, paperwork, and client invoices accurately.
• Support revenue growth through appropriate floor up-selling techniques.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; an associate’s degree is preferred.
• Required training and certifications must be completed within 60 days of the start date.
• One year of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• One year of audiovisual experience or equivalent educational experience is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required when operating company vehicles; additional DOT requirements may apply.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and meet the physical demands of the role, including frequent standing, walking, grasping, and equipment handling.
