Sr. Manager, MedTech CxM Commercial Platforms - Marketing (Microsoft Dynamics)

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, prioritization, delivery, performance management, and operations of MedTech CxM commercial marketing platforms.
• Lead platform and product teams in delivering business value, improving efficiency, and supporting critical commercial metrics.
• Build and manage technical backlogs, release plans, roadmaps, cross-team dependencies, budgets, and resource plans.
• Drive AI-enabled, data-centric, scalable, reliable, and standardized platform capabilities across operating companies and legacy systems.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards covering APIs, security controls, approved technologies, data standards, and cloud strategy.
• Manage vendors, change control, risk management, compliance processes, incidents, root-cause analysis, and team performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of progressively advanced professional experience.
• Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics, Azure, Copilot, and Copilot Studio within the MedTech CxM domain.
• Experience leading employees or contractors, global initiatives, product backlogs, release plans, and teams using the Scaled Agile Framework.
• Experience with platform and software product development, data management, API architecture and design, cloud-native technologies, and multi-team product lifecycles.
• Experience working with time and cost constraints in a fast-paced regulated environment, including vendor management and technology strategy.
