What you will do

• Design and support intuitive user interactions, prompts, and workflow experiences that help people learn and perform effectively.
• Collaborate with designers, product teams, and business partners to translate user needs into engaging digital experiences.
• Support user research, testing, feedback collection, and analysis of interaction data.
• Create and maintain reusable interaction patterns and design components for consistent solutions.
• Refine interaction timing, workflow guidance, and personalization features to improve usability and adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in user experience design, human-computer interaction, interaction design, digital design, psychology, educational technology, or a related field.
• Foundational knowledge of user-centered design and interaction design principles from coursework, internships, projects, or professional experience.
• Experience with design, prototyping, or collaboration tools for creating digital experiences and workflows.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Interest in emerging technologies, artificial intelligence, and experiences that improve learning and performance.
