Senior Full Stack Developer- Senior Advisor (AI)

Location: Newton, Massachusetts, United States. Occasional or permanent home working requires cable broadband or fiber internet with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds.

Salary: $130,200–$217,000 USD annually, depending on experience and geographic location. Annual bonus eligibility is also anticipated.

What you will do

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and collaborate with stakeholders on project requirements.
• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications, REST APIs, and microservices.
• Build high-performance software with strong observability, reliability, and customer-focused user experiences.
• Architect solutions using event-driven patterns, diverse data stores, caching strategies, and distributed systems.
• Develop AI-driven services and guide proof-of-concept initiatives for new tools, technologies, and frameworks.
• Contribute hands-on to Agile delivery while supporting architecture, design, implementation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering and full-stack hands-on engineering experience.
• 5+ years of experience developing and implementing AI-driven services.
• Experience with Go, React, TypeScript, .NET, Python, AWS, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with large-scale datasets, distributed, relational, NoSQL, and vector databases, plus caching strategies.
• Experience with Test-Driven Development, Continuous Integration, Git, GitHub, and GitLab.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, with strong communication, troubleshooting, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
