What you will do

• Define and drive the strategy for customer onboarding, workspace experience, account management, and other horizontal product experiences.
• Partner with product management, design, and engineering teams to build intuitive, scalable, and extensible solutions that drive product-led growth.
• Lead architectural decisions to ensure performance, reliability, and simplicity across core user flows.
• Engage in hands-on full-stack software development to create dynamic, user-centric experiences.
• Drive best practices for engineering excellence, including design reviews, code quality, testing strategies, and performance optimizations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams developing vertical product experiences and infrastructure to ensure seamless integration and innovation.

Requirements

• 15+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of technical leadership.
• 5+ years of engineering management experience, including managing managers.
• Expertise in Frontend or Fullstack development.
• Experience designing and building scalable SaaS platforms, onboarding flows, or customer growth-focused product experiences.
• Expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and modern web application architectures.
• Strong ability to collaborate across product, engineering, and business teams to align technical strategy with company growth objectives.
