Senior Consultant, Fusion Services (Cybersecurity)

Location: Toronto, ON; hybrid work with 1–3 days per week on-site at Toronto-141 Bay

What you will do

• Develop and deliver service management strategies and roadmaps for Fusion tools and technologies.
• Support workflow management, threat intelligence, incident response, and data and analytics environments.
• Build and execute Fusion governance activities and strategic initiatives.
• Analyze complex situations and data, develop proposals and recommendations, and coordinate resources.
• Present roadmap progress, issues, and recommendations to internal business partners and executives.
• Maintain relationships with enterprise security, fraud, and external security industry partners.

Requirements

• Experience in business analysis, product management, or service management.
• Experience working with technology teams.
• Strong decision-making, relationship management, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work with discretion, manage complex issues, and drive continuous improvement.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada and, where applicable, hold a valid work or study permit.
• Willingness to complete potential attribute-based, skills, simulation, coding, or French proficiency assessments.
