Senior Frontend Developer (Vue.js)

Location: Remote in Latin America; flexible schedule within US time zones.

What you will do

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain responsive enterprise-grade web applications with Vue.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Build reusable Vue components and contribute to an internal UI framework and component library, including Storybook documentation.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, QA, Product, and engineering stakeholders to deliver accessible, consistent, and reliable user experiences.
• Integrate front-end applications with REST APIs and C#/.NET backend services.
• Improve application performance, scalability, responsiveness, testability, and accessibility; diagnose complex browser, integration, and performance issues.
• Participate in design discussions, code reviews, technical documentation, continuous improvement, and mentorship of less-experienced developers.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software development experience, including significant front-end development.
• Strong professional experience with Vue.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and component-based interfaces.
• Experience integrating front-end applications with RESTful APIs and writing unit and integration tests.
• Experience with Git and GitHub, pull requests, code reviews, and Agile/Scrum or Kanban environments.
• Strong debugging, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Must work remotely from Latin America and be able to collaborate within US time zones.

Nice to have

• TypeScript, Storybook, C#/.NET, SQL Server, SSMS, Docker, and containerized development experience.
• Knowledge of web performance optimization, browser performance, WCAG, and web accessibility standards.
• Experience maintaining shared UI frameworks or component libraries and mentoring developers.
