Location: Norfolk, Virginia, USA; remote work available, with occasional work required at a Booz Allen or customer facility

Salary: $52,900–$108,000 annualized USD

What you will do

• Create video, animation, motion graphics, and interactive training content for mission-focused communication and learning programs.
• Support the full production lifecycle, including concept development, storyboarding, video capture, audio recording, editing, and final delivery.
• Translate complex procedures, technical information, and instructional content into compelling visual experiences.
• Develop eLearning and web-based training content using tools such as H5P.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, multimedia developers, military subject matter experts, creative teams, and government clients.
• Manage multiple production assignments and meet established deadlines.

Requirements

• Experience supporting Department of War or U.S. Federal Government clients.
• Experience producing technical, procedural, or instructional video content and developing interactive content with H5P.
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition, and After Effects.
• Experience with military training content, technical equipment, operational procedures, eLearning, or web-based training products.
• Secret clearance required; selected applicants may undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for classified information access.
• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience, or 7+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

Nice to have

• Professional video production, editing, and rendering experience.
• Experience creating storyboards, scripts, shot lists, or production plans.
• Experience operating cameras, lighting equipment, microphones, and related production equipment.
• Knowledge of learning management systems, digital training delivery, and Section 508 accessibility requirements.
• Ability to provide creative direction during video capture and multimedia production.
