Clinical Development RWE Portfolio Head (AI)

Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts; hybrid. Applicants must be US or Puerto Rico residents.

Salary: $178,500–$257,833 per year

What you will do

• Drive a portfolio of real-world evidence projects across clinical development functions and therapeutic areas.
• Develop project roadmaps, platform strategies, and data access strategies for fit-for-purpose RWE datasets.
• Manage RWE evidence programs and coordinate analytical and study leads to support clinical development needs.
• Engage with regulatory and external stakeholders, including FDA and EMA, to support RWE adoption.
• Oversee dissemination and use of study outputs for publications, regulatory submissions, and other development activities.
• Build and develop a community of RWE project leads and analytics translators.

Requirements

• PhD in Health Sciences or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in real-world evidence.
• Proven ability to deliver complex RWE projects supporting clinical development or regulatory decision-making.
• Experience with RWE, data analytics, statistics, project management, leadership, and stakeholder management.
• Understanding of therapeutic-area context, clinical development innovation, and the legal and regulatory environment.
• English required; role based in the US or Puerto Rico.
