Software Developer – Integrity Team (Python/React/PostgreSQL)

Location: Belgrade, Serbia; hybrid workplace. Final technical assessments and cultural interviews will be conducted on-site during the job fair from October 26th to 30th. No sponsorship is offered to non-citizens.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain backend and frontend components of the Integrity application using Python, React, and PostgreSQL.
• Design and implement reliable, maintainable, and scalable software solutions.
• Build integrations and APIs across the Integrity ecosystem, including integrations with public cloud providers.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to deliver high-quality features and improvements.
• Solve complex technical challenges and contribute to code quality, testing, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional software development experience in a production environment.
• Professional proficiency with Python, React, and PostgreSQL.
• Understanding of software design principles and development best practices.
• Exposure to testing frameworks, automation tools, and infrastructure concepts.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in the hybrid Belgrade workplace; sponsorship is not available to non-citizens.

Nice to have

• Experience with Java or Go.
• Experience in networking or infrastructure software development.
• Familiarity with DDI concepts, including DNS, DHCP, and IPAM.
