AdTech Client #1 | Fullstack Engineer (Frontend-oriented) (AdTech)

Location: Poland, Serbia, or Romania

Staffing support for a large-scale advertising technology company building audience intelligence and campaign automation tools for brands, agencies, and publishers across digital channels.

What you will do

• Plan, implement, and own core features throughout the full development cycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on design and architecture decisions.
• Create and integrate intuitive, responsive user interfaces from scratch.
• Contribute across frontend and backend development with an approximate 80/20 frontend-backend split.
• Lead and mentor developers on complex projects.

Requirements

• 8+ years of frontend engineering experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Vue.js, React, or Angular.
• Deep knowledge of TypeScript and experience with modern centralized state management such as MobX, Redux, or Flux.
• Backend development experience with Java or Python.
• Experience designing and implementing web system architectures and developing SaaS B2C applications.
• Fluent spoken and written English, strong communication skills, and a self-motivated approach.
