Senior Product Manager - Retail Platforms

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States. Relocation is provided. Travel required: 0%–25%.

Salary: $171,000–$198,000 USD annually, plus a 30% annual incentive reference value and position-dependent benefits.

What you will do

• Own the vision, outcomes, and roadmap for retail transaction growth data and intelligence capabilities.
• Define seller and business problems, measurable outcomes, priorities, and product requirements.
• Work with engineering on data sources, architecture, pipelines, APIs, quality, and reliability.
• Partner with data science on predictive models, recommendations, model evaluation, and improvement.
• Conduct field research, data analysis, experimentation, prototyping, and product testing with sellers and commercial teams.
• Turn complex data and model outputs into actionable frontline guidance and build feedback loops connecting recommendations, seller behavior, and market outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a related discipline such as data, analytics, data science, engineering, or strategy.
• Experience building or managing data-intensive products, platforms, or capabilities.
• Technical fluency in data architecture, pipelines, APIs, data models, machine-learning models, data quality, and measurement.
• Experience translating business problems into product and technical requirements and partnering with engineers and data scientists.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, experimentation, and product-outcome measurement skills.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with recommendation systems, decision-support products, or AI/ML-enabled products.
• Knowledge of modern data architectures and model development, validation, deployment, and improvement.
• Experience building feedback loops and products for frontline sales, retail execution, or field-based users.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; an advanced degree in a related field is a plus.
