Journeyman Procurement Support Analyst (DHS)

Location: On-site in Arlington, Virginia, United States. US citizenship is required.

Salary: $70,000–$90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Generate pre-award documentation for program requirements and ensure procurement packages are reviewed, cleared, and submitted according to policy and contracting officer timelines.
• Prepare RFQs, RFPs, Invitations for Bid, and Requests for Task Order Proposals.
• Review evaluation factors, offeror instructions, statements of work, performance work statements, and related solicitation materials for completeness and consistency.
• Include applicable FAR and agency clauses, terms, and conditions, and assist with pricing methodology and unique contract provisions.
• Prepare source-selection, award, COR delegation, and Federal Procurement Data System documentation.
• Support vendor communications, delay tracking, and process improvements through enhanced SharePoint checklists, reference guides, and SOPs.

Requirements

• US citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in mathematics, engineering, business, or the sciences.
• 3–7 years of professional work experience.
• Ability to obtain an active Secret clearance and DHS Suitability.
• Ability to perform duties independently.
