Risk & Trading Associate - Evenings & Weekends (iGaming)

Location: Remote in Canada; evenings, weekends, nights, and public holidays required.

Salary: CAD 50,000–65,000 per year.

What you will do

• Manage live betting markets in real time across assigned sports and events.
• Adjust odds based on game state, injuries, cards, key events, market movement, and betting activity.
• Make liability-aware decisions involving price moves, market suspensions, and stake or limit considerations.
• Monitor exposure and performance using internal tools.
• Track competitor pricing and respond to sharp or arbitrage activity.
• Contribute to live trading improvements and process optimization.

Requirements

• Post-secondary degree in mathematics, business, or another analytical discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in a trading environment or in assessing and calculating risk in insurance or finance is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of sports betting, odds, mathematics, analytical reasoning, and problem-solving.
• Availability for flexible schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, and public holidays.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, make rapid decisions, and maintain high precision and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently and collaboratively.
