What you will do

• Advise business teams and support functions on commercial, compliance, employment, real estate, procurement, and corporate matters across Latin America.
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase, services, licensing, customer, supplier, and other third-party agreements.
• Develop contracting strategies, policies, procedures, and standard contract templates that support business objectives and reduce risk.
• Partner with Human Resources on regional legal matters and coordinate with other corporate functions.
• Support entity management across Latin America and manage relationships with outside legal counsel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law and qualification as a lawyer in Mexico.
• 5–10 years of post-qualification legal experience, including law firm and in-house experience.
• Fluency in Spanish and English, including reading, writing, and speaking, is required.
• Strong contract negotiation, interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and external counsel.
• High integrity, trustworthiness, and ethical conduct.

Nice to have

• In-house experience at a multinational technology company.
• Working knowledge of Portuguese.
