EDI Manager

Location: Remote within the United States, with 50% travel to the Andover, Massachusetts office and production sites

Salary: $110,000–$135,000 yearly

What you will do

• Define and execute the EDI roadmap within a multi-year SAP ERP transformation.
• Lead EDI operations and manage a team of EDI analysts while coordinating with SAP functional and technical teams.
• Oversee inbound and outbound EDI interfaces between SAP S/4HANA and IBM Sterling, including transaction monitoring, partner profiles, and failed IDOC resolution.
• Manage IDOC mapping and transformation through CPI/BTP middleware and implement error-handling and performance improvements.
• Support trading-partner onboarding, EDI certifications, upgrades, new implementations, training, and business-user enablement.
• Develop deployment plans and support site go-lives and hypercare across Watts locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or computer science.
• At least 7 years of EDI management experience, including 3 years in SAP and IBM Sterling environments.
• Hands-on experience with SAP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP EWM, and IBM Sterling.
• Deep knowledge of ANSI X12, EDIFACT, and message types 850, 855, 856, and 810.
• Experience with requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, project management, risk mitigation, and technical-team guidance.
• Ability to travel 50% to the Andover office and production sites, work independently, and communicate effectively with business and IT leaders.
