TL;DR
Network/System Administrator I (Windows/Linux, Networking, Cybersecurity): Operating and supporting LAN, WAN, server, virtualization, security monitoring, and Special Access Program infrastructure with an accent on systems administration, network security, and DoD mission environments. Focus on configuring SIEM alerts, maintaining O&M processes, supporting incident response, and assessing cybersecurity risks across classified systems.

Location: Onsite in Homestead, Florida, United States

What you will do

  • Install, operate, maintain, and support LAN, WAN, network segments, intranets, servers, and other data communication systems.
  • Manage Windows and Linux systems, virtualization platforms, enterprise networks, firewalls, and intrusion detection and prevention systems.
  • Operate security monitoring and SIEM tools, configure event alarms and rules, and produce summary reports.
  • Maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly operations and maintenance checklists and develop related procedures.
  • Support security incident response and analyze technical risks related to cybersecurity tools and processes.
  • Provide day-to-day infrastructure support for Collateral, SCI, and SAP activities supporting Department of Defense agencies.

Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Top Secret/SCI clearance is required, along with willingness to take a CI polygraph.
  • At least 1 year of related experience, subject to variation based on training, certifications, or degree.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange Server, RHEL, Cisco networking, switching, virtualization, LAN/WAN, and backup technologies.
  • Knowledge of DoD policy, Risk Management Framework, Common Criteria, system security policy, and PL2 network environments.
  • IAT Level I certification such as Security+ CE or CCNA Security.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s or associate degree in a related area, or equivalent experience.
  • SAP experience.
